Anton Briggs was a cop who was good at his job. He had respect for the law and the people he served. Unfortunately that didn’t mean squat to a drunk driver who smashed into his car when he tried to pull them over for erratic driving.

Anton lost both his legs and was resigned to maybe spend the rest of his future productive years writing mystery novels. Instead, the police force offered to rebuild him into the face of heroism for the police force: SHERIFF.
